We are finding an increasing number of solicitors and surveyors acting for purchasers of property are requesting reports on sewage treatment systems and proof of servicing.

We offer a survey and certification process and can advise on any issues that may be discovered. We can also offer to undertake any repairs that need to be completed within the system. If more comprehensive works are required such as groundworks, desludging, relocation or replacement of tank we can recommend an approved contractor to carry this out.

On completing a site visit a technician will advise on corrective maintenance and undertake the work if requested. Plus a report will be prepared and forwarded to you by email along with a certificate of compliance. Septic tank installations from more recent years should be certified to EN-12566-1 and where wastewater treatment systems are installed they should be certified to EN-12566-3 and also be SR 66:2015 compliant

Your system will be entered onto the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage domestic waste water treatment register and the details along with a certificate will be forwarded to you in electronic format.
